Meditation – Setting yourself apart from the rest
Has life got you down? Are Family, Career, media, and unhealthy food burning you out? How is your career doing these days, on top of the world or trying to stay employed Maybe you’re exhausted by the constant arguments at home and all you want is peace?
Have you ever asked yourself, “Why Me?”
You could probably drive down to the local bookstore and purchase an overpriced book that will tell you everything you want to hear. The only problem is that the promise to change your life is nothing more than a bunch of rhetoric to get you to buy the book.
Is this all kind of resonating with you a little?
It first starts off with a book, and then it turns into something bigger. They’ll probably even make you create some sort of call to action, a road map to changing your life. Apparently you do this to keep yourself on track, to find out what you want in life.
You have no idea what you’re doing, but you’re desperate, so you continue to go through the motions. You set up so crazy goal and you shoot for the stars. The reality is that the real world is waiting. You’ll stray from that plan on a daily basis, it’s practically guaranteed. You’ll burn out and move on to something else.
Unfortunately, the cold hard truth is that you’ll relapse and fall back into your old routine
Ultimately, you’ll face reality again. That is, you’ll be back at the dead end, and you’ll be back in the rat race with the rest of the millions out there. You’ll look in the mirror, shake your head and ask yourself, “There has got to be a better way”.
Fortunately, there is an answer, it’s the incredible power of meditation.
It’s time to feel rested and protected from the negative energy in your life. It’s time to eat right, turn off the news, listen to peaceful and soul moving music. It’s time to live and love not survive and hate.
